Strategically locating collaboration and social spaces along the perimeter corridor and the central three story stair facilitates the creative process, optimizes collaboration, and creates visual focus to the space. The neutral and sophisticated material palette creates a clean backdrop for this design firm to create and present work for their clients. High energy and collaborative spaces, such as cafe/pantries and meeting rooms, are highlighted with rich deep shades of galactic colors and plush materials. The carefully detailed three story stair leading down to the gallery and conference center showcases this firms emphasis art and hospitality.

Project completed during my time as Senior Interior Designer at FXCollaborative. I was the Lead Designer from project inception through all phases of design development including architectural space planning and detailing, selection of finishes, furniture, and lighting. Coordinated with the in house Architecture team who managed all consultants and construction documentation.
