Base Building design, Four-star, 460 key brand hotel and 80,000 square feet retail center

Project Location: New York, New York

Project completed during my time at VOA Architecture (now Stantec). I was the Junior Architect from planning through design development phase. Assisted in programing, schematic organization and massing. Responsible for balancing the FAR zoning requirements, client needs, brand standards, and management of room matrix and variation requirements. Designed initial room layouts and coordinated with interior design team for finish and furniture development. Managed Revit model quality control and assist in project management and organization of document sets. Responsible for all structural coordination for design development phase and assist in coordination with all other consultants.
