1 Willoughby Square Amenities

  • This new ground up office tower is the first of many to redevelop the commercial landscape of Brooklyn. Embodying the natural migrant overflow from Manhattan, the design of the lobby and building amenities reflects the crafted, cutting edge and constantly evolving nature of the tenants inhabiting this building.

  • The design was inspired by a “love letter to Brooklyn” and the idea of the evolving Brooklyn 3.0 -- a destination for Manhattanites that is becoming more sophisticated and polished, constantly evolving, global and unique. The new generation of Brooklynites are are more than just families and young coeds, they are now professional influencers and innovators that are on the forefront of the emerging movements where the lines have burred between work and leisure, his and hers, old and new.

To attract this next generation of innovators the lobby design reflects the progressive and refined aesthetic of where the neighborhood is headed. The furniture celebrates artistry and offer the tactile connection to the past as reinterpretations of traditional methods and materials - than just furniture, but focal points of interest with a crafted aesthetic that pose a contrast to the encasing volume.
