This redesign office space was intended to fix functional issues of work flow for this team centric, collaborative company. The design began with establishing a sense of entry and organizing the social spaces around a centralized circulation path to create an activated main circuit that threads the social space together, allowing them to be more well used while also celebrating the specific view points of the city.

The reorganization of the workstation bays and new proposed furniture systems allows for the desired flexibility and growth. The furniture and finish palette inspiration came from the city of New York the beauty of its seasonal changes. The concept of season was to create a way finding experience that intuitively evokes an understanding of use of space and creates neighborhoods within that allow for personalization and clarity of place.
