This first floor renovation in Phoenix was and exciting opportunity to take the good bones of a great existing house and elevate it to compliment the lifestyle of a young growing family. An appreciation for the details and merging of the desire to remain timeless with a modern flare has resulted in a warm, welcoming heart to this family home.

With ten foot ceilings and a large open great room plan, the space needed a focal point, grounding elements, and warmth to update the 1990’s built space. The classic black and white kitchen with calacatta quartz countertops offered timeless elegance while the European white oak floors, open shelves and architectural lighting balanced the space with a level of warmth and softness.
